NATTEK INC. was incorporated on August 3, 2022 in Ontario. The Company will be led by Mr. Yan
Zhu (hereafter also referred to as Mr. Zhu, or the Applicant), who will serve as its Director. The
Applicant will be responsible for devising NATTEK INC.’s overall business and operational
strategy, as well as for spearheading the Company’s busin
NATTEK INC. was incorporated on August 3, 2022 in Ontario. The Company will be led by Mr. Yan
Zhu (hereafter also referred to as Mr. Zhu, or the Applicant), who will serve as its Director. The
Applicant will be responsible for devising NATTEK INC.’s overall business and operational
strategy, as well as for spearheading the Company’s business expansion over the following five-
year period. Mr. Zhu will invest a total of $500,000, which will be committed to the manufacturing
facility and office setup, initial supply chain setup, equipment procurement, marketing expenses,
and covering operational expenses for the first 12 months of NATTEK INC.’s operations. We are dedicated to providing Clean Technologies-Recycling and waste management that are both efficient and environmentally responsible. Our goal is to help businesses reduce their impact on the planet while also streamlining their waste management processes.

NATTEK INC. (hereafter also referred to as the Company) will operate as a manufacturer and distributor of a unique purification solution that serves to eliminate pollutants from particleboards. NATTEK INC.’s products have proprietary formulations and will be sold in the form of particles that can be added to the particleboards during the

NATTEK INC.’s products have proprietary formulations and will be sold in the form of particles that can be added to the particleboards during the manufacturing process. The purification additives will reduce the emission of harmful gases present in the particleboards, including formaldehyde and a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The Company will sell these products directly to particleboard manufacturers in Canada, as well as export to the U.S., China, Japan, and Europe. NATTEK INC. will also patent its product.

The Company will strive to create an effective and sustainable product that offers permanent positive effects for both the Particleboard Manufacturing and Furniture Manufacturing Industries. NATTEK INC.’s vision is to become recognised as a leader in the production of purification additives for particleboards, both within and outside of Canada. Over the following five years, NATTEK INC. will generate revenues by selling purification additives directly to Canadian particleboard manufacturers, as well as by exporting these same products to the U.S., China, Japan, and Europe.
